Ludianvis are very fortunate that chef Sanjeev Kapoor is gracious enough to start his flag ship restaurants, The Yellow Chilli and SUA VIE in the city. It goes to show how ludhianavis are fond of good  and quality food. The Sura vie, is as you all know by now, is a  multi cuisine restaurant, serving favorite dishes for all ages, right from north India; Thai; Chinese; Lebanese,  you name it and they have it. Despite multi cuisine restaurant, their attention for each, from all the places, is superb and hence tastes even more superb. It is a ultimate fine dining experience with lounge effect and immaculate interiors and the best of staff, led by superbly talented and the gentleman to the core, Mr. Praveen Kumar-the outlet manager.

You all  must be waiting to read my recommended dishes..Go for any dish. Each dish is a delicious. Rest assured, when Chef Sanjeev Kapoor name is associated with any restaurant, it will be veryyy good. Team FCBA fortunate enough to meet Mr. Saurabh Saxena-the star chef from SKRPL,  who makes sure that each restaurant is doing, what they are supposed to do- prepare; present and serve mouth watering authentic dishes Hats off to him.
