@Le Meridien Hotel, Airport Road, Dubai.

Mahec is located in Le Meriden Hotel, is the brain child of India’s leading world renowned chef Satish Arora. Chef Satish Arora is an institution in himself, trained and guided thousand of chefs all across and is regarded as guru to India’s many celebrity chefs. Chef Satish Arora’s name is synonymous with highest form of dining voyage, experienced by many world famous personalities.

Mahec is the acronym for Modern Authentic Hindustani Evolved Cuisine. The literal translation means fragrance, and that is the perfect name for an Indian restaurant as Indian cuisine has many spices and fragrances.. Visited MAHEC with my group of local food bloggers as they claimed it was one of the best Indian restaurant. No doubt The ambiance is soothing and contemporary. The color blue is used in almost every corner of the restaurant. I love the way the restaurant is divided – It has an open bar, a lavish pub setting, and fine dine concept. The muted interiors with modern furniture makes for a relaxed setting. The food was delicious, the staff incredible helpful and friendly . They have both outdoor and indoor seating. Each and every items were perfectly spiced and presentation was a treat. Loved the variety in chat, appetizers, main course and desserts. The finest Indian food. Must try these:
