ANJUM

Anjum is the open coffee shop and is like an extension of the reception area. At first look it gives an impression of an open bar, yet very separate from it. Its an open space which is ornately carved & breathtakingly beautiful The seating is comfortable and you can choose from the different options they have.

The central brewing station is surrounded by bar stool style options for seating. The rest of the area has plush seats and sofas in beige and brown and elegant cushions thrown in for extra comfort. One can sit comfortably in the lounge style sofas & relax & sip their authentic, high quality teas & various coffees, from around the world while looking at the alluring view of the pool side. Orange coffee, the speciality here is mind blowing. Must try.

They have some bakery products to go along with the teas. Also there is a performance of folk singers to enhance your experience and add up to the royal experience.

ZOYA

Zoya is all day dining restaurant, offering wide variety of food options for national and international diners, be it north Indian, rajasthani, south India or any other international cuisine, you will find here and even many items for calorie conscious diners. For breakfast service it has a large spread of fruits, freshly squeezed juices and a very large health selection of salads early morning & the live stations also. From waffles, pancakes and all sorts of eggs the chefs are ready to give you too much to try!. For lunch and dinner, go in for lal maans, shikari chicken tikka, pudina paratha, laccha paratha, Dum Murg Biryani, chilli chicken, paneer tikka, , pasta, dal makhani, veg makhanwala, mutton curry & many others but not to forget yummy desserts like tiramisu,ras malai, mango mousse etc.

ZARIN

Zarin is the finest restaurant offering best of Indo Persian & Mediterranean cuisines. It is one of its kind of restaurant, which no other 5 star property has ever dare to do.

It requires lot of passion guts; determination & will to provide exclusive Indo Persian dining experience to the guests.

The food is simply remarkable and the service standards even better to be honest but and not to forget the crockery, cutlery all designed today in metals, brass, silver and more and all created keeping in mind the glorious past of when the kings ate in the palaces and the idea is not only to serve and make you feel like a king in this age old style and designer created retro plates and spoons but full marks for the taste , presentation & ambience too.
