The best restaurant in Dubai….
Visited this place for the 2nd time to try out some Indian fine dining experience once again. I must admit they did not disappoint me. Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor, Dubai, an authentic and elegant culinary experience serving progressive Indian cuisine with signature dishes that showcase quintessential Indian ingredients and cooking techniques. Its a lovely place with a great fine dining concept. A family friendly restaurant which has relaxed and romantic ambiance with dim lightening, the staff was very friendly and the service was prompt & exceptional. Starting with the menu, it is very well sort with extensive veg and non veg collection of dishes on the menu, with twist of innovation. I loved the little chutneys and achar which accompanies the dishes all over and the special baby onions. The food was super delicious and palatable. Before the meals and during the meals, they surprises you, with the melon ball which blasts refreshes in your mouth and the lemon ball which clears your tongue to get prepared for other delicious offerings. We loved all the presentations of the dishes that we tried. The dessert was the ultimate highlight.( Check images)
