A three course meal at Tht Great Kebab factory, starts with the salad, comprising of iceberg lettuce, watermelon, tomatoes and cucumber all summer coolers, followed by melt in the mouth, soft and succulent paneer, marinated with Indian spices flavoured perfection. second starter of the day, 

The Ghalouti kabab, , served with ulte tawe ka paratha, is a combination of freshly ground Indian spices mixed with finely minced vegetables cooked, a small meal by itself. Junglee chooza; charminar kimacchi tikka; Rampuri murgh tikka; tawa macchi; gosht shammi, the list is endless The Palak ghalouti kabab, all green in colour because of the fresh palak and other spices, not too spicy nor bland but with just the right flavours and spices. The generous use of ajwain balances the taste of other spices.

 The choices of Rotis, Lachcha parathas , mint parathas are value for money, fresh from the tawa to your plate!!!simply irresistible. Still some space in stomach, time for  peas pulao or chicken biryani for non-vegetarians and finally, — Desserts , offering a choice between pineapple halwa, Firni and paan ice-cream all sumptuous , creamy and cooked to perfection.
