Many restaurants have tried to present Rajasthani food  & cuisines, but I am sorry to say, that many of them failed miserable to highlight true Rajasthani flavors. The Royal Rajasthan food festival by Barbeque Nation is truly the perfect example of Rajasthani food; ambience, décor  and overall impact of Rajasthan  and  it is reflecting the servers attires also.

The diners are flocking to all the outlets of BBQN, to enjoy this unlimited , sumptuous feast. Although I had written earlier also but repeating it again and again that BBQN is one of the biggest thread in national integration, through food / culture of various states.

It is the biggest spread of Rajasthani delicacies, at one place, like Jodhpuri paneer tikka,  rajputana seekh kababs, Jaipuri palak cchole famous lal maas, safed maas and much more. The diners were totally mesmerized by the atmosphere’ live rajasthani folks etc.

The highlight of the Royal Rajasthan festival are:

Veg Starters – Palak Papad ke Kebab, Tulsi chatri Tikka, Shangri ke Shami, Jodhpuri Paneer Tikka.  Chikki ke Pasande,  Ananas Anjeer Ke shoole , Gola Chakri, Cajun Spicy Potato.


Non-Veg. StartersRajpootana Mutton Seekh, Wings chatkari  Masala,  Shikari Tangri, Charkha Murgh, Lasooni Jhinga,,  Raamgarhiya Machhi.

Main Course Rajasthani specialties are –


Laal Mirch Paneer, Subj Punch Mahal, Jaipuri Palak Chole, Dhaba dal, Hing jeera chatpata Aloo, Mangodi Kadhi, Sev Tamatari ka Pulao, Plain Rice.


Non Veg:  Kachhe Aam our Murgh dum Biryani, Laal Maas, Junglee Kukkad, Mewadi Machhi, and Special ‘ Safed Maas’.
