Team FCBA was very fortunate to be invited to the review , the ongoing SCOTTISH KEBABS festival This is our 2nd visit to PAATRA and overall 3rdPAATRA restaurant, after Jaypee Siddharth, Jaypee Vasant Continental & Jaypee Palace Hotel, Agra.
PAATRA is perhaps one of the finest restaurant brand, in any of the 5 star hotels and is regarded the ultimate place for top class dining, in the entire North India. The credit for its tremendous growth , goes to Mr. I P Singh, VP Siddharth hotel , who is a an experienced F&B professional.
It is one of the few Indian restaurants in a five-star hotel that tries hard to make a difference and as a result , is very popular with walk in diners and in house guests. It has a strong base of loyal customers, who swear by its food. The theme is the food of the Amritsar-Lahore belt, so favorites to North Indian & others alike.
Scottish Kebabs is perfect combo for kebabs & Scotch lovers, hence named. They served us amazing kababs , in a very innovative presentation and it tasted wow. The live singers, mesmerized the diners with chart bursting popular songs and soulful ghazals.
