Dhaba by Claridges,
Epicuria Mall, Nehru Place, New Delhi.
This was our first visit to any restaurant in the Epicuria Food Mall, and it did give it a feel of a Delhi-version of the Cyber Hub, Gurgaon. Dhaba by Claridges was on our review list for the last many months due to its popularity among diners, for its Punjabi food. Pure Punjab theme based place. It has bright colorful ambience with a huge truck at one corner. The interior as it was based on the Dhaba theme. Dhaba by Claridges has brought that Dhaba in the heart of the city, straight from highways and road side eateries, with on a much contemporary feel. Old movie Posters on walls, chandelier made with chai glasses adds up to the Dhaba feel.

The service was good and the servers were all dressed up in Kurta Pyjamas, typical of rural Punjab. The food is amazing here. You can’t go wrong with yummy north indian mughlai cuisine and I am sure you come out satisfied. It’s a great place for family dinners. The location is great. One can park and just be at the restaurant without getting into a traffic mess, parking ciaos or a crowded mall.
