Global cuisine destination 

Team FCBA recently visited the newly opened Global cuisine restaurant, in the up market,  Kailash Colony, New Delhi. The area is closer to the corporate business hub of Nehru Place and also surrounded by upper class residential area. The restaurant has 2 floors, the first floor has the cool; contemporary interiors and ample space. The interiors are well decorated by modern posters and table matts have various food themes on them Perfect place for family dining and they also have space on 2nd floor (lounge) and terrace for parties / bigger gatherings.

 

This restaurant is a brain child of F&B industries, most experienced team of professionals, having combined experience of more than 100 years. They have hit the bulls eye, by opening this restaurant, where diners can ask for any cuisine of the world. As an professional restaurant reviewer & food bloggers, we ordered various dishes, from various global cuisines, just to see and taste their preparedness and the actual presentation of the dish. The prices are very normal, as compared to other restaurants. Each and every dish , we ordered was ust authentic, as per international standards. Truly impressive. Each dish was masterpiece in itself. Will be sharing all those best dishes, in a while.

 

The staff is very cordial, right from the guard to the GM of this restaurant. They all are thorough professional and know how to treat a guest. Their service staff including the girls handling reservations and hostess desk are knowledgeable and serve with a smile. Even they help you in choosing the perfect combination, for your desired cuisine. Serving is quick and the serving portions are big, great value for your money.

 

Must try, these:

Water melon lychee & Mint-Ginger mocktails;

Fusion Bistro Ceasors  Salad veg/ non veg;

House special Mezze non platter;

Sun dried Olive Pizza, unique rectangular shapes;

Spinach & Riccotta cheese Ravioli;

Marinated stuffed chicken breast;

Butter chicken;

Malabari Mutton   Biryani;

& the best Tiramisu, for desserts.

 

I am sure during my next visit, I will update you about other dishes from various cuisines. At the time of uploading this review, already foodies all across; Delhi; India & globe, requesting Team FCBA to review Fusion Bistro’s other restaurants soon.
