Radisson Blu, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.
Nice concept & food……
Team FCBA’s 7th restaurant in 5thRadisson blu hotel.
Team FCBA wanted to visit this restaurant, since long due to its unique name for an Indian restaurant. Indyaki broadly means Indian Teppanyaki. Teppanyaki is an Japanese form to cooking, done on a long metal plate/ griddle, in a open live kitchen, in front of diners.
Indyaki is an Indian restaurant located on the second floor of the famous Radisson Blu hotel .. It’s a fine dine restaurant and promises to serve you with utmost importance and respect .Indyaki has an excellent ambience with just the right amount of lighting required to give the place a calm and fine dine feeling. Spacious enough to accommodate a lot more chairs but to maintain its charm they have limited tables. An open kitchen which showcases the cooking. They also have 2 live teppenyaki concept cooking counters inside. Before the INDYAKI restaurant, a tennis table and a 8-ball pool table are situated on the same floor & also a well designed smoking area just besides the pool table They got a bar in the centre and a live kitchen towards one side . These guys even got a singer whose melodious voice was very soothing.
Recommended dishes are: Indyaki Special Paneer Tikka, Assorted Vegetable Platters and Aloo Chat.,Amritsari fish fry, Mutton seekh, chicken tikka.
Main course: Nalli Nihar, rogan Josh, Butter Chicken, Tawa veg and bread basket.
Dessert: Beetroot halwa & Paan Kulfi
The main course was good and the overall experience was pleasant. The biggest USP remains the ambiance which is very tastefully done. The decor is calm and pleasing.
It’s a good option for a nice dinner in West Delhi.
