This is Team FCBA’s 5th restaurant in 3rd Radisson Blu, after Ludhiana & Noida.
The Oasis restaurant is located in the famous Radisson Blu hotel, in the city centre, Chennai. This restaurant serves India, Chinese and continental cuisines. This restaurant is very famous for its extensive Lunch & Dinner buffets. Also serve Ala carte options. I must say the buffet was quite extensive with multi cuisine delicacies.
The best thing I always remember about oasis is the salads menu. It’s the best and mouthwatering. If you have a live for salads and also desserts then pay a visit to oasis. Apart from that all the others, starters, main course is all good. They cover all three, Indian, Oriental and continental.
The hospitality and service are amazing. Right from mocktails, starter, salads, main dish and desserts every dish had a difference. In each section variety was the specialty. The starters are less in count but the spread of veg. and non veg. salads compensates! Non veg salads included chicken, bacon, fish and prawn.
The mutton biriyani and mutton main dish uses one of the best in class tender lamb. Not to mention the continental spread in salads and starters plus the live Thai counter. If u have good appetite and looking for variety spread, Oasis at Radisson Blue is worth it. Desserts were awesome!! mouth watering. It was indeed, one of the finest dining experiences. Definitely a must try, in Chennai.
