For authentic Chinese food either go to Hong Kong-China or come to Hong Kong Chinese/ oriental cuisine restaurant chain, by India’s leading celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor.

Team FCBA decided to review this Ahmedabad outlet, after getting bowled out by their delicious food at HongKong restaurant at Viviana Mall, Thane. Considering this is Sanjeev Kapoor’s Restaurant, the expectations come easily. The décor is very soothing and Oriental and I loved it personally. They serve complimentary Jasmine Tea which is always a plus.

The ambiance is really soothing and good for both families and corporate meetings. Place is so well maintained and the sitting arrangements is nicely done . I have tried almost every dish. All the waiters and servers are quite polite and well mannered.  You won’t be disappointed with any dish, but my personal favorites are:

Tom Kya Soup,
Dimsum (non veg) platter,
Charcoal gril: Prawn lemon grass stcick, curried fish satay, chicken satay, gai yung
Fish Chilli Basil,
Five spices crispty shrimp,
Kung bao chicken,
Black pepper garlic chicken.

Overall a great place for some authentic Chinese/ oriental food.
