As you all are aware that that Team FCBA is on all India trail of reviewing restaurants of all the hotels in the Marriott Group. We have already covered restaurants in Marriott, JW Marriott, Ritz Carlton hotels, now is the time to check the restaurant in Courtyard by Marriott hotels.
Well of late hearing lot about this restaurant’s food and ambiance. Earlier this restaurant was called Shakahari but now it is called Bay Leaf. It is one of the best restaurant, headed by ever charming, down to earth (basic qualification of any great chef) Chef Anirudh Limaye. The food here is superb, delicious and true to tradition of F&B policy of the management.
Bay Leaf serves truly authentic Indian cuisine, at par with any best restaurant. The good thing about this restaurant is their ambiance; great staff and positive vibes, which makes you relaxed and happy.
My recommended dishes are:
Soup: Subz Badam ka Shorba,
Starters:
Bharwa Aloo,
Vegetable Galouti,
Angoori Paneer Tikka,
Parda Murgh,
Chatpata Jhinga,
Bharwa Tangdi,
Ghosht ki Shammi.
Main couse:
Dum ka paneer,
Daal bayleaf,
Nalli Gosht,
Amchri Subzi,
Murgh handi lazeez,
Lahori Bharta,
Warqi parantha.
Dessert: Aam ki phirni, ras malai.
Beverage: Watermelon basil cooler, peech lime lemonade.
Surely will go again.
Must visit place.
