Café@JW Marriott, Chandigarh
This is our 5th stop at JW Marriott hotel’s restaurants, after covering Pune, Hyderabad, Musoorie, Delhi and now Chandigarh. The restaurants at all the JE Marriott properties are already making buzz all around. The quality of the food, be it local traditional cuisines or international cuisines, are of top grade quality and worth paying a visit.
The café@JW Marriott, Chandigarh, 24 hour coffee shop and place for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is the most happening place in Chandigarh and is always crowded. You can spot many celebrities and known personality, dining along with other guests, During my visit to the restaurant, I noticed body language of many of the dinners there, and there was joy and fulfillment, reflecting on their faces and were feeling very upbeat . This is a hall mark of any good restaurant and its food quality. The people from many states and other nationalities were there and each one of them was appreciating the food. Apart from regular Indian cuisines, food from various states and countries, was there . You name it and there it is.
I am still savoring the taste of Andhra Chicken tikka, Malabar parantha, fish curry and other items. Highlight was Amritsari Kulche Chhole and out of this world Gur (jiggery) ka halwa. Such is the mastery of Executive Chef Naveen Handa and his team that, they presented traditional local Punjabi dishes , apart from various other cuisines, and took them to another level of taste. Extra ordinary talent and culinary skills. . Frankly speaking one visit is not enough to relish each dish, certainly will be visiting this restaurant again.
