Fine dining, great good, at its best
The brand Yellow Chilli, is associated with India’s most celebrated Chef Sanjeev Kapoor hence expectations are always high, whenever I visit, any of its outlet. The food critic inside me urges me to find fault in any of the dish but pure magic of food served, always defeat me with handsome margin. No wonder the name and success of each and every restaurant of Chef Sanjeev Kapoor , is reaching out to every nook and corner of the Globe We are very proud of him for keeping Indian flag high, through its awesome Indian food. Such is the magic, that apart from Indians, many other customers from other nationalities are also being bowled out by its food. Wow. Chef Sanjeev Kapoor is the truly” International Culinary Star of India”
Now let’s talk about this Yellow Chilli @ Powai. The ambiance is bright, lively & comfortable. The table layout was quite impressive as well. A small candle & a white flower in a glass, the papad-chutney holder & the ceramic pots with imli ki chutney, pickles & onions. Very well presented & a pleasing sight for a diner. The place was full of positive energy. Each customer was very happy, enjoying their meal and it seems were gliding through the magic of food. Service was excellent and each guest was attended personally by the manager. The ambiance; food; guest service should a role model for, others to follow. New subtle changes in the dishes apart from regular dishes, keeping in view the changing tastes, of global palettes, are excellent and appreciated very well.
