Dear readers, one trend in restaurants is catching up like anything and that is BUFFET-Unlimited food. More and more specialized dining outlets are coming up , to grab the attention of foodies all over the globe. These Buffet restaurants are grabbing the sales of regular La Carte restaurants.The advantage for the customer is that they can have no. of helping in each course. Till their tummy and digestive system, throws up hands in the air.
I recently visited, BARBEQUE COMPANY, located on the Jail Road, Janakpuri, New Delhi. It is located on the main road and offers wallet parking, which is very required, keeping in view the chaotic traffic on the road. 
The ambiance of the restaurant is very modern; chick and contemporary look with positive vibes. The one of the striking feature is that you pay according to the day of the week. When there are Tuesdays/ Thursdays, the cost per person is less as compared to weekends and time slots as well.
Right from the starters (unlimited) veg. & non veg. , to the main course and upto desserts, each dish was very tasty; fresh and well presented. The grillers was placed in each table , so that you can grill each item, according to your liking. No wonder they have a waiting of at least one hour or so, most of the time.

Seeing the tremendous response to this outlet, they are coming up with more outlets, in the near future.
